cuando la inercia es dejar caer brings together two practices that periodically return to one another. Conceived as an opening rather than a conclusion, the project unfolds through thinking-through-making, where gestures, fragments and unfinished materials become ways of rehearsing attention and cooperation.
Twenty metres of screen-printing mesh extend across the space like a prototype of an expanded publication, carrying transfer-printed images, failed attempts, found materials and the small residues that accumulate when two practices spend time together. Rather than documenting a process, these elements keep it open, allowing its questions to remain active.
The work proposes care not as instinct but as something learned through repetition: a decision to stay, to hold for a while, and to let the weight shift between bodies. Walking without looking for anything in particular, following intuition before it can justify itself, and allowing mistakes to redirect the process become shared methodologies. Cooperation emerges not as an ideal but as a condition for remaining with others, where attention becomes material and transformation another way of sustaining collective life.
